Frequently Asked Questions

Is the water check really free?

Yes. A basic on-site water check — hardness, chlorine, iron, pH and total dissolved solids — is included free with your no-obligation estimate. A full laboratory or TCEQ-style analysis (for health-related contaminants like lead, arsenic, nitrates, bacteria or PFAS) is a separate paid service we can arrange when it's warranted.

What does the free on-site water check cover?

We measure the common parameters at your tap and discuss your concerns and water source. It's enough to recommend and size the right system — it tells us what to treat and what not to over-treat — and it comes with your free estimate.

What does the free check not cover?

The quick on-site check is great for the everyday parameters, but health-related contaminants (lead, arsenic, nitrates, bacteria, PFAS) require certified laboratory analysis, which takes time and has a fee. We can arrange it whenever your situation calls for it.

Do I need testing if I'm on city water?

City water is more predictable, but testing still reveals your exact hardness and whether household plumbing is adding anything. On a private well, testing is essential before any system is designed.
